Piko Street Kitchen (252 days later)

Friday?   Piko Rice Bowl (rice topped with chicken, ribeye, porkbelly and veggies).  Topped with a fried egg, naturally.

On Friday, Piko Street joined a grand circle of food trucks as part of city sponsored Food Truck Fest. There was live music and long lines.  There were opportunities to add new trucks to our record such as The Slide Ride parked next to Piko Street but the siren of the Rice Bowl was too powerful...

Jerk. Modern Jamaican Grill

The trekkers found Jerk at Cityfront Plaza on April 1.  In addition to speedy service on a chilly, drippy day, we had great spicy chicken.   "Grilled boneless skinless chicken marinated in our Rude Boy Jerk.  Marinade then cooked to perfection, chopped and served on Jamaican hard dough bread with your choice of Rude Girl, BBQ, and Cilantro Aioli pon di side."
